China's President Xi Jinping has said his country will provide $60 billion to fund development on the African continent. Xi was speaking to African presidents on Friday at the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation in Johannesburg. Xi, who is co-chairing the Forum where several African heads of state are attending, outlined a broad ten-point development plan driven by China.
