The partnership precedes PropTech Connect 2026, a major conference that will unite global leaders and innovators to explore cutting-edge technologies reshaping real estate. This collaboration aligns with Dubai's Real Estate Strategy 2033 to position the emirate as a global leader in innovation and competitiveness.
DLD will support REACH by offering regulatory guidance, market data, and pilot programs for startups, while REACH will oversee the program, provide mentorship, and connect startups with its global investor network. REACH will also open a regional office in Dubai to strengthen its presence in the Middle East.
His Excellency Eng. Marwan Ahmed Bin Ghalita, Director General of DLD, emphasised Dubai’s commitment to fostering a tech-driven real estate market. Dave Garland, Managing Partner of REACH Ventures, noted the collaboration's potential to position Dubai as a hub for real estate innovation.
The partnership will help shape the future of sustainable real estate solutions, enhancing Dubai’s global competitiveness.
