Amazon boss Jeff Bezos and wife MacKenzie have agreed a record-breaking divorce settlement worth at least $35 billion.
Bezos will retain voting control of his entire $143 billion stake in Amazon, with MacKenzie given 4 per cent stake in the online retail giant.
"Grateful to have finished the process of dissolving my marriage with Jeff," MacKenzie said on Twitter.
Prior to the settlement, she held a 16.3 per cent stake in Amazon.
