The UAE has announced plans to invest an additional €15 billion under its joint investment initiative with Greece, strengthening their long-term economic and strategic partnership.
The announcement was made during the official visit of Abu Dhabi Crown Prince His Highness Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan to Greece.
It builds on the €4 billion joint investment initiative launched in May 2022, which has supported investments in strategic sectors including energy and healthcare.
The expanded partnership aims to unlock new investment opportunities, support innovation and promote long-term economic growth in both countries.
The UAE said the additional commitment reflects confidence in Greece's economic and investment potential, as well as its strategic position connecting European markets with regional and international markets.
