Dubai Police has been named the world’s most agile police organisation after receiving accreditation from the Business Agility Institute.
The recognition follows a comprehensive evaluation of leadership capabilities and organisational agility.
The assessment, carried out in May as part of an accreditation renewal, awarded Dubai Police the highest score globally across policing and the wider public sector — a ten-point improvement on its first evaluation in 2023.
The review measured areas including agile leadership, governance, strategy, organisational structure, team empowerment, innovation and change management, as well as alignment with government and international excellence standards.
Dubai Police says the accreditation reflects its commitment to global best practices, strengthening its ability to respond to change, improve decision-making, support innovation and enhance the quality of services delivered to the community.
