Dubai Police's latest initiative to offer up to 100 per cent off on traffic fines if motorists don’t rack up any penalties for the rest of the year has proved impactful.
That's according to the findings of souqalmal, a UAE financial comparison site in the UAE, which shows that people are now more motivated to stick to the rules so that they can have their traffic fines reduced.
