Islamic Affairs issues warning on unlicensed Quran teaching platforms

Citizens and residents are being urged to be aware of unlicensed platforms that practice teaching the Holy Quran.

Citizens and residents are being urged to be aware of unlicensed platforms that practice teaching the Holy Quran.

In a statement, the General Authority for Islamic Affairs, Endowments and Zakat revealed that they have observed numerous unqualified individuals using promotional tactics to teach Quranic recitation to children.

The authority stressed the importance of proper education to protect children, and reminded parents not to fall for promotional tactics.

They added that only licensed Quranic centers should be used for their children's education.
