The Mohammed Bin Rashid Space Centre (MBRSC) has opened applications for UAE nationals to join future analog studies as part of the UAE Analog Programme.
These studies, designed to simulate space conditions on Earth, will examine the effects of isolation, confinement, and team dynamics on human psychology and physiology.
As part of the UAE's commitment to advancing human spaceflight, the programme plays a key role in preparing for long-duration missions to the Moon, Mars, and beyond.
The studies will test human adaptability in space-like environments and help develop strategies for deep-space exploration, including countermeasures for space-related hazards.
Experiments will cover areas such as how individuals react to confined spaces, the effects of weightlessness, and testing technologies like robotics, vehicles, habitats and communication systems.
MBRSC is seeking UAE nationals aged 30-55, in good health, with a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Applicants will undergo medical and psychological screenings to ensure they are suited for the study.
