Tuesday, April 16 will be a remote working day for all Dubai Government entities and private schools in the emirate due to the adverse weather forecast across the country.

The directive was issued by His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Dubai's Crown Prince and Chairman of the Executive Council of Dubai.

The Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA) confirmed that distance learning will also be activated at nurseries and universities in Dubai.

The Emirates Schools Establishment had earlier announced that all government schools in the country will switch to remote learning on Tuesday, April 16 and Wednesday, April 17.
