Another 52,837 doses of the COVID-19 vaccine have been administered in the UAE in the past 24 hours.
The total number of doses provided so far stands at 16,988,539 with a distribution rate of 171.77 doses per 100 people.
Around 71.48 per cent of the UAE population is fully vaccinated, while 79.84 per cent has received the first dose.
