The UAE has revised the validity period on COVID-19 tests for travellers returning from abroad.
In a Tweet, the National Emergency Crisis and Disasters Management Authority (NCEMA) said the test results should have a validity period not exceeding 96 hours, instead of the previously announced 72 hours.
The validity will be clocked from the date of the examination, they added.
#NCEMA and @mofaicuae announce an update to the time period for the negative #Covid19 test result for all arrivals through the country's airports, which must not exceed 96 hours from the date of the examination, instead of 72 hours previously announced.
