Peshawar Zalmi defeated Karachi Kings by 61 runs in the final regular game of the Pakistan Super League (PSL) on Monday.

The Kings won the toss and elected to field, which backfired as their opponents scored 203-7 with openers Kamran Akmal hitting a quickfire 86 (48 balls) and Imam-ul-Haq adding 59 (40 balls).

In reply, Karachi were all out for 142 in 16.2 overs, despite a 71-run knock by Colin Ingram.

Both the sides were all already through to the playoffs that start Wednesday.
