Terms & Conditions

1. Participant Eligibility

   • Participants must be residents of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

   • Employees of Arabian Radio Network (ARN), Dubai Holding, The Road Tales, Aster Pharmacy, Brands For Less, Flormar, Hotpack, Nesto Hypermarkets and O Gold App, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.

   • Participants must be at least twenty-one (21) years old and eligible for international travel.

   • Participants must be available to travel from 4 February 2027 (Thursday) to 7 February 2027 (Sunday).

   • Participants must hold a valid passport and UAE residence visa, both with at least six (6) months’ validity until 7 August 2027.

   2. Entry Mechanics

   • Participants must agree to take part in a live on-air face-off for a chance to win a place on the trip.

   • ARN reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, inaccurate or misleading.

   3. Winner Selection

   • Final winners will be determined by ARN.

   • Winners must meet all Participant Eligibility requirements and comply with the Entry Mechanics outlined above.

   • Winners are responsible for securing their own tourist visa for entry into Turkey, as well as their own travel insurance, at their own expense.

   • It is the winner’s responsibility to ensure that all required travel documentation, including any applicable visa, is obtained and valid prior to departure. ARN cannot guarantee the approval or timely issuance of any visa and will not be responsible for any costs incurred if a winner is unable to travel due to their visa being refused, delayed or otherwise not issued in time. In such circumstances, the winner will forfeit the prize, and no alternative prize, compensation or cash equivalent will be provided.

   4. Prize Details

   The prize includes the following for all winners:

   • Round-trip airfare from the UAE to Turkey.

   • Three (3) nights’ hotel accommodation in Istanbul, Turkey.

   • Meals included as part of the official group itinerary in Istanbul, Turkey.

   • Planned group tours with an English-speaking guide.

   • Airport transfers in Istanbul, Turkey.

   In addition:

   • One (1) winner will receive fifty (50) grams of 24 karat gold bar/coin.

   All winners must adhere to the official group itinerary provided by ARN.

   Any expenses not specifically included in the prize or official itinerary will be the responsibility of the individual winner.

   5. Conditions of Travel

   • All winners must travel according to the group itinerary scheduled by ARN, departing on 4 February 2027, and returning on 7 February 2027.
   • No changes to the travel dates, flights or destination are permitted.
   • The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative services.
   • Hotel accommodation will be provided on a single-occupancy basis.
   • Winners may be required to obtain a tourist visa for entry into Turkey depending on the nationality. Winners are responsible for checking the applicable visa requirements and obtaining the necessary visa prior to travel.    • In the event that the trip is cancelled or rescheduled due to circumstances beyond ARN’s reasonable control, ARN will not be responsible for reimbursing any visa-related or other personal costs incurred by winners in connection with the trip. If a new visa application is required for any rescheduled travel, winners will be responsible for arranging and covering the cost of the new application.

   6. Promotion and Media Consent

   • By accepting the prize, winners agree to participate in photo and video documentation of the experience.
   • ARN reserves the right to use such material across its radio, digital, social media, print and television platforms without further compensation or approval.
   • Winners may be required to participate in post-trip interviews or promotional content.

   7. Modification and Liability

   • ARN reserves the right to alter, amend or cancel any part of the promotion, including the travel date, itinerary, travel arrangements or participant selection, at its discretion.
   • ARN accepts no responsibility for missed flights, visa refusals, delays or other disruptions arising from circumstances beyond ARN’s reasonable control, including force majeure events.
   • If the trip is cancelled due to circumstances beyond ARN’s reasonable control, ARN will not be obligated to reschedule, rearrange or provide the trip at a later date. In such circumstances, ARN will also not be required to provide an alternative trip, substitute prize, compensation or cash equivalent

   8. Disputes

   • In the event of a dispute, ARN’s decision shall prevail.

   • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
